This is the truth…and Tucker was fired for telling it. I am featured in this video at (1:50). I litterally went to prison for walking around the Capitol taking pictures after I was told I could go in and being assaulted by police after they changed their minds, Now my court paperwork refers to me as an “innocent man”.
On Jan 6th I did NOT break anything, damage anything, assault anyone!

I did this interview so that I could give a voice to the Jan 6th POWs that were still locked up and waiting to be released. I also did this interview so that J6ers could see how the media would treat us. It’s my hope that the video footage will be released and much like Tucker’s video exonerated some of us, the truth should come out. It should be mentioned that this interview ended because my 2 year old daughter was climbing on my head. It’s hard to paint a guy as a terrorist when he has a toddler crawling on him.
I have Never called January 6th an Insurrection. There were no guns brought to the Capitol on Jan 6th. We were provoked and attacked that day for peacefully protesting in accordance with our event permit. An Insurrection doesn’t end because you haven’t eaten all day and want to get food before everything is closed.
Jorge Riley is an Honorably Discharged and Decorated Veteran and was an accomplished Republican Representative when January 6th left him a Political Prisoner.
